Our Thesis
We invest in organizations that are dedicated to the promotion and adoption of emerging blockchain and web3 platforms.
We are on the cusp of the greatest democratization of data and individualism in history. Blockchain technologies will ultimately transform every aspect of our lives – from finance, to healthcare, to entertainment, to logistics.
Adoption by countries, large financial institutions and tech conglomerates indicates that blockchain technologies are here to stay. This adoption provides ample liquidity and some risk mitigation in the emerging ecosystem.
Successful investors in this ecosystem will learn to embrace contrarian perspectives and step outside of their comfort zone to find the best opportunities for capital appreciation. Accelerating and deepening this learning centers everything we do.

Earlier in his career, Ron was a Partner in the Communications, Information and Entertainment Practice of Mercer Management Consulting. Ron holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Columbia and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth.

Beginning in 2017, he became an active participant in many nascent cryptocurrency projects and began speaking to executive teams about the benefits of building go-to-market solutions for blockchain-based innovations. Noticing the quick pace of adoption for the NFT space, Matthew founded his own consulting agency to help organizations and brands devise campaign strategies centered around market entry and building key utility features to maximize user adoption.
